Paul Italiano – Founder, Elevate Engineers
With over 9 years of experience in civil construction and infrastructure, Paul has led works across major rail, road, and structural projects throughout Victoria and Sydney. His background spans both client and subcontractor delivery, bringing a balanced, hands-on approach to project execution.
From managing critical scopes and mentoring engineers, to navigating procurement challenges and refining on-site systems, Paul understands what successful delivery really takes. Elevate Engineers was born from this experience — to offer practical, people-focused solutions that help projects succeed and teams grow.
